  1. Click to open Excel spreadsheet:

  2. Find your CAPTAIN Cadre Regional Group TAB located at the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet

  3. Click on the TAB to open the CAPTAIN Cadre Regional Group contact information list

  4. Look for your SELPA or AGENCY name in COLUMN D
